Itinerary
9:00 AM pick up at 3455 Kenyon St, San Diego, CA 92110
11:00 AM arrive in Julian, CA for a lunch stop at Main St., so the students can enjoy the beautiful old vibe of the village.
12:00 PM depart from Julian, CA
1:00 PM arrive in Borrego Springs / Visitor Center. Visitor Center has desert exhibits, maps, and shaded rest areas.
1:20 PM depart to Galleta Meadows Sculptures
1:30 PM arrive at Galleta Meadows Sculptures exploration & photo spots. 130+ massive metal animal sculptures scattered in the desert (serpent, scorpion, mammoth)
2:00 PM depart to Borrego Palm Canyon Trial
2:15 PM arrive at Borrego Palm Canyon Trial for an easy hike around one of the most beautiful places of the State Park
3:30 PM depart back to San Diego Point Loma (3455 Kenyon St, San Diego, CA 92110)
