EA specializes in group travel requests. If you have a group looking to study or travel in the US, we can provide immediate quotes, tour/activity suggestions and help to create your ideal travel package. Our concierge services provide assistance with all of your group travel needs. This includes booking hotel accommodations, dining reservations, specialized activities, event tickets, transportation, sightseeing tours and any other needs you may have.

Junior groups and Young Learners are an integral part of EA’s core business. EA can help to create customized schedules for Junior Groups to fit their specific requests. These can also include complete packages with educational/school schedules, dorm or host family accommodations and tours/activities. Sightseeing tours, shopping trips and theme park excursions are just a few of the many activities and excursions that we can provide for Junior Groups across the US.

EA assists Summer Programs with transportation, tour/excursion request and all services “outside of the classroom”. We know Summer programs and staff can be very difficult to manage. Use EA’s team of dedicated Summer Program Experts to ease the stress and burden off of your team, in dealing with buses, excursions, theme park tickets and other activities. We have full time staff that are trained to deal with Junior students (age 13-17) and help your Summer program succeed without the extra added stress of dealing with everything on your own.

Both Secondary/High School and University International students always deal with the challenging question of what to do during school breaks. American students typically go home or travel during their Spring, Winter & Thanksgiving breaks, while international students are stuck with the difficult decision of what to do. Do they return home for a short break? DO they find other short term accommodations while the dorms and cafeteria’s are closed? Now your students can enjoy a memorable and exciting experience on one of EA’s Student Break Tours. These tours are customized for international students to travel to some of the most popular destinations across the US in a safe and reliable way. They also have the opportunity to make friends and meet other international students who are studying across the US.

Our proprietary client portal creates complete transparency between EA and our school/agent partners. The portal allows our partners to have instant access to student surveys from all tours, commission reports and student manifests. All guests fill out a brief satisfaction survey at the end of the trip on an electronic tablet. All surveys are instantly available to our partners so view the satisfaction of your guests/students.

Each Expedition America guide and driver undergoes an extensive interview and a thorough training process. We also perform background checks and randomly test drivers and guides to prevent substance related issues. At Expedition America we have a zero tolerance policy for any employee who is found to have violated our stringent requirements.
