Meet at the hotel by your own transport.- Go by Flixbus, Airplane or your own car.
From the hotel, you can join all our activities!
4:00 pm - 9:00 pm: Check-in at the 4-Star Hotel
7:30 pm: Walking Tour of the Las Vegas Strip
10:00 pm: Depart for Las Vegas Nightclub (21+)

8:00 am – 12:30 am – All ages: Shopping at Las Vegas North Premium Outlets
2:00 pm – 4:00 pm – All ages: Visit to STRAT Tower
5:30 pm – 8:00 pm – All ages: Fremont Street Experience
8:30 pm – Group buffet dinner (optional)
10:00 pm – 21+ only: VIP nightclub night (LIV with Disco Lines)

Option 1 – Grand Canyon Add-On (all ages)
6:10 am – Grand Canyon West Rim bus departure
Option 2 – Las Vegas
10:00 am – 1:30 pm – Free time at The Venetian & Fashion Show Mall
2:30 pm – Departure to Valley of Fire
3:00 – 5:30 pm– Valley of Fire
6:00 pm – Back at the hotel
8:30 pm – Group buffet dinner (optional)
10:00 pm – 21+ only: VIP nightclub night (XS with The Chainsmokers)

Better views-
For minor students and students that do not plan on joining the Nightclub on Saturday night, the South Rim is recommended as you can see better view from that location.
For 21+ students-
If you are a 21+ student that plan on going to the Nightclub after the Grand Canyon tour, the West Rim option is recommended as it is more guaranteed that you will arrive back in Las Vegas with enough time to join the Nightclub activity.
The South Rim is further away so it takes longer, you might return to the hotel after the students already departed for the nightclub and late entry is NOT guaranteed.

Rooming Information
The standard price is for a Quad Room!
The rooms have 2 queens bed. The tour guide will reach out to you on the day of the tour to organize the rooming list.
Please remember that being in a quad or double room is a fun way to make other international friends. Don't feel forced to choose a single room if you are by yourself. Most students traveling by themselves chose a quad room.

means you share the room with 3 other students of the same gender. Two people per bed. You can either choose, or the tour guide can find students for your room.

means you are with 2 friends only and do not want any other students in your room.

means you will get your own queen bed. Depending on the situation, there might be one or two students in the other bed.

means you will get your own room. No other students will be in your room.

Female - dress code is simpler for the ladies, just wear whatever you look best in! You can go glamorous with a cocktail dress, or keep it casual with jeans and a dressy top. Small clutch purse allowed.
